Recent Announcements

  • Update (2/25): Chrome OS 72.0.3626.177 is now supported. Original Post (2/13) Urgent: Please delay any device updates to Chrome v72 on Chromebooks as it will create an issue for students when logging into their testing session and they will be unable to start/resume their test. As a reminder, automatic operating system updates should be deactivated on all devices. AIR is working closely with Google to address the issue in v72 that prevents AIR from supporting it for online testing.

  • Registration is now open for the February-March 2019 Hawaii Statewide Assessment Program (HSAP) Science and Biology EOC Exams Item Review Committees. Please click the button on the right-hand side of the EOC home page to access the online registration form, or click here to access the form directly. Full information about the training can be found in the official HIDOE announcement memo here. Note: HIDOE employees selected for these committee meetings will receive a sub code in the confirmation email. Community members (non-HIDOE employees) will receive a stipend.

  • Important information about the Required Statewide Assessments Participation Criteria and Accessibility Features for School Year 2018-19 is now available in the Hawaii DOE memo posted in the Resources > Hawaii DOE Memos section. The memo includes a list of the required assessments for SY 2018-2019; criteria for students who must participate in the required assessments; and information about embedded and non-embedded accessibility features for all assessments.

  • The Fall 2018 testing window is now open for block-scheduled schools to administer the Algebra 1, Algebra 2, and Biology 1 End-of-Course Exams.

  • Test Administrators will need to complete the online TA Certification Course for the 2018-2019 school year in order to administer assessments, including the Smarter Balanced Interim Assessments. Test Coordinators, Test Administrators, and Teachers may log in and access the course by clicking here, or by clicking on the Online TA Certification Course card found on the Training Sites section of the portal.
